How NASP Rewards works
Paid orders earn points according to your earning rule. Customers use those points for store credit from their Shopify account.
Simple by design
Most stores can launch in under 10 minutes: choose an earning rate, choose a reward value, and add the customer page. There are no campaigns, tiers, or large configuration manuals to work through.
One flat monthly price includes unlimited orders, so your bill stays predictable as your store grows.
Set up your program
-
Install and approve a plan
Install NASP Rewards from the Shopify App Store, then choose and approve a plan when prompted.
-
Create an earning rule
Choose how paid order amounts become points and when the program starts. See Earning rules.
-
Create a redemption rule
Choose how points become store credit and whether that credit expires. See Redemption rules.
-
Add the Customer rewards page
Add a page to Shopify customer accounts where customers can view and redeem their points, then add it to the customer menu. Follow Add the Customer rewards page.
What happens after setup
Points usually appear shortly after payment. Customers can see their balance and redeem from Customer rewards in their Shopify account.
Refunding an order removes the related points that the customer still has, but never makes their balance negative. If a redemption needs checking, the NASP Rewards dashboard shows it under Needs attention and guides you through the review.
