VIP tiers reward spending. Qualification costs no points.
Set up VIP
- Open VIP tiers and create your program.
- Name the base tier and up to four higher tiers. Set increasing spending requirements.
- Choose one membership duration and refund policy for the program.
- Create the program. It stays inactive until you activate it.
- On first activation, choose whether to include eligible past spending, review the settings and confirm.
Initial placement uses the previous twelve months, limited by your order start date. VIP stays hidden until calculation finishes. Use Retry calculation if interrupted.
First activation locks tier count, order, spending requirements, duration and refund policy. Names and benefits remain editable.
Choose a duration
- Rolling: an upgrade starts a full membership period. More spending in the same tier does not extend it. Expiry reassesses the customer and starts a new period.
- Calendar year: qualification uses current and previous calendar-year spending separately. A tier earned from a year’s spending can remain valid through the following year.
- Lifetime: eligible spending accumulates without scheduled membership expiry.
Payments add qualifying spend; refunds reduce it. Your refund policy determines whether unexpired membership can drop. Purchase points have separate refund rules.
Add benefits
Configure VIP benefits and optional tier-entry gifts. Initial placement never grants gifts.
Pausing hides VIP; membership periods and assessments continue. Missed gifts are not issued on reactivation.
