Award gifts at no points cost for eligible upgrades after initial membership.
Assign a gift
- In Rewards, create or edit Free Product, Amount off products, Amount off order or Free shipping.
- Under Available through, choose VIP tier-entry gift.
- Select one or more higher tiers and save.
- If a selected tier already has a gift, review and confirm its replacement.
- Activate both the reward and VIP when ready.
Each higher tier has at most one gift. The base tier cannot have one. Store credit and Buy X get Y do not support tier-entry gifts.
Configure assignments while inactive. Switching to points exchange releases assignments without revoking accepted gifts.
When customers receive gifts
Eligible upgrades can grant each crossed tier’s gift. Crossing two higher tiers can give two vouchers.
Initial placement grants no gifts, even if a first purchase qualifies for a higher tier. New assignments do not reward earlier upgrades.
Repeat eligibility
Previous membership or crossing of the same tier prevents recent repeat gifts:
- Rolling: the configured membership duration.
- Calendar year: twelve months.
- Lifetime: all retained membership history.
Eligibility uses tier history, including crossings without gifts.
Downgrades grant no gifts. Membership continues while paused; missed gifts are not issued on reactivation.
Vouchers appear in reward history. Failed gifts need no points restoration.
