Create the rule
- In NASP Rewards, open Redemption rules.
- Choose Create redemption rule.
- Enter the Points required for one reward block.
- Enter the Store credit value for one block.
- Optional: turn on store credit expiry and enter the number of days.
- Save.
Example: 100 points required and a store credit value of USD 1 means each 100 points becomes USD 1 in store credit.
What customers redeem
When a customer redeems, NASP Rewards converts as many full rewards as their balance allows. Any leftover points remain in their balance.
For example, with a rule of 100 points for USD 1, a customer with 250 points redeems 200 points for USD 2 and keeps 50 points.
Store credit expiry
When expiry is enabled, the store credit expires the chosen number of days after it is issued. The customer’s Shopify account shows the exact expiry date and time.
Edit or delete the rule
Changes apply to future redemptions. Redemptions already confirmed keep their original value and expiry.
Deleting the rule stops new redemptions. It does not cancel store credit already issued or a redemption the customer already confirmed.
