Exchange points for free shipping. Choose destinations and an optional maximum shipping rate.
Review issued codes in Shopify Admin → Discounts.
Create the reward
- In Rewards, choose Create reward.
- Choose Free shipping.
- Enter a clear Reward title and the Standard points price.
- Under Countries, choose All countries or Selected countries.
- Optional: exclude shipping rates over a Maximum shipping price.
- Set any minimum purchase, combination, validity, and discount tag options.
- Preview, create, then activate from Rewards.
Choose shipping destinations
Selected countries lists your Shopify shipping destinations. Rest of world appears when configured in your shipping zones.
Countries must remain in a shipping zone at redemption. Review the reward after changing zones.
Limit the shipping rate
Enable Exclude shipping rates over a certain amount and enter a maximum. Higher rates are ineligible.
Minimum purchase and combinations
The rule can have no minimum, a minimum order subtotal, or a minimum number of items.
Enable combinations with order or product discounts. Shopify does not allow combinations with another shipping discount.
The Validity period starts when the customer redeems. Leave it blank for no
expiry. Optional Discount tags help you find the generated discounts in
Shopify Admin; NASP Rewards also adds its own nasp-rewards tag.
What the customer receives
Confirmation deducts points and issues a single-use, customer-restricted code. Customers copy it from the result or Your rewards. POS staff apply it at checkout.
Lifecycle and VIP options
New rewards start inactive. Edits preserve status. Deactivate before deleting. Issued rewards keep their terms.
Use Availability under Who can redeem to choose eligible customers. Select Set different prices for VIP tiers for tier prices; these do not change the benefit.
