Use a store credit reward

Help customers exchange points for Shopify store credit.

Sign into your store account and open Rewards to see eligible offers.

Exchange points

  1. Find the Store credit offer and choose Get reward.
  2. Choose an amount in complete conversion units.
  3. Review the points cost and remaining balance, then confirm.
  4. Wait for the confirmed credit amount.

For an offer of 100 points per USD 1, a customer with 250 points can exchange 100 or 200 points. The remaining points stay available. VIP offers may have a different points increment or credit amount.

Credit goes to your Shopify account. Redeeming points does not create a code or apply credit to the cart.

Review the result

Find the reward and its original terms in Your rewards or Full Reward History.

Use credit before any expiry date. Unused expiry does not return points automatically.

If the result is uncertain, do not redeem again. Merchants should follow Redemption review.
