Choose Date earned under Settings → Points expiry, enter a positive whole number of months, review the example and save.
Each credit’s lifetime starts on its earning date. Purchases and points changes do not extend it.
Calendar calculation
Use calendar months, not 30-day blocks. Shorter months use their last day. Points expire at the start of that date in the policy timezone.
For example, a one-month lifetime from January 31, 2027 ends at the start of February 28, 2027. February 27 is the final usable day.
Check the example before saving, especially at month end.
Changes affect new credits
Existing points keep their terms after duration changes, method changes or turning expiry off.
Restored points keep their original expiry. Points past their deadline remain unspendable.
