Choose Last points balance change under Settings → Points expiry, enter a positive whole number of months, review the example and save.
New credits start their lifetime when accepted. Nonzero point movements can extend surviving points using this method.
Which changes count
Earning, spending, refunds, manual adjustments, restoration and expiry can count. Repeated requests do not reset the clock. Refunds removing zero points do not count.
Expiry followed by an equal credit can extend surviving points even if the final balance is unchanged.
Which points extend
Only surviving points using this method extend. Expired points are removed first. Fully spent points do not extend; restoration keeps their previous deadline.
Fixed-date points and points using another method keep their own terms.
Months use Gregorian dates with month-end clamping. Expiry is the start of the resulting date in the accepted policy timezone.
Change the policy
Edits affect new independent credits. Existing points keep their duration, timezone and extension rules, even after this method is turned off.
