Custom reward is no longer in the chooser or reward list. This guide covers historical redemptions.
A Custom reward exchanges a fixed number of points for a benefit fulfilled by the merchant. It does not create store credit or a Shopify discount code.
How existing redemptions work
Confirmation deducts points and records the benefit, shown in the result and Your rewards.
In Activity, open the Pending fulfilment redemption after providing the benefit. Add a note and choose Mark as fulfilled. The note remains in merchant history and is hidden from customers.
What remains in history
History keeps the title, benefit, points cost, date and fulfilment record. Removing setup does not change history or return spent points.
If its review is unavailable in Activity, contact support with your shop domain and approximate redemption time.
